Wenti Labs functions as an AI copilot for construction teams, consolidating all project data, emails, WhatsApp messages, and photos into a centralized cloud system. The AI agent processes unstructured data (chats, emails, photographs) and transforms it into actionable reports, tables, and quotations in real-time. Key capabilities include automated progress and safety reporting, customer quotation generation from document analysis, inventory tracking, and comprehensive document management stored as a knowledge base. Teams interact with the AI through mobile-friendly, customizable interfaces and can query information via WhatsApp or the web app using natural language. Co-founder Ethan Ow, formerly a construction project manager at CapitaLand and operations executive at Uber and AWS, designed Wenti Labs to replicate the role of a junior project manager. The company aims to address Singapore's aging construction workforce and talent challenges by automating administrative burden, allowing experienced workers to focus on execution. Plans include expansion to Australia, Japan, South Korea, the US, and China.
