The platform automates service and maintenance recording, allowing all information related to unit service and repair details to be easily uploaded by tenants upon request. Ravti includes an equipment and vendor marketplace for HVAC service calls and replacement bidding, removing tenant compliance burdens with triple-net leases by offering competitive pricing. The platform provides ASHRAE-based scoring for equipment life expectancy and replacement costs for every unit in every building in a portfolio, enabling better budget justification on major capital expenditures.
