Lette is a Dublin-based proptech startup that serves as an autonomous AI command centre for property management companies. The platform integrates with existing property management systems, email, WhatsApp, and SMS to create a unified interface where AI agents handle tenant inquiries with intelligent categorization and suggested responses, automatically schedule viewings and inspections, create and route work orders with skill-based technician matching, and optimize field operations with AI-powered route planning. Lette delivers measurable results: 100+ hours saved per month on manual data entry, 90% reduction in admin time, 60% of tenant queries fully resolved by AI, and significant NOI improvements through faster lettings and reduced vacancy. The company has already secured $1.4M pre-seed funding led by Pitchdrive and is managing 5,000+ properties for three of Ireland's four largest landlords.
